Western Life

Living on a ranch begs for family participation whether it be a ranch chore or a seasonal activity. The changing seasons and the daily change of weather will make you appreciate Mother Nature. You will gain experiences on a western ranch that will last a lifetime. You will have good times as well as hardships, gain responsibility, work with nature and you will take something away that will make you a better person.

Waking up in the morning and looking out the window at the mountains, trees, horses in the pasture, the wild turkeys, elk, deer and coyotes is a beauty that is hard to explain. You must see it to understand it. The serenity, the togetherness that you and your family will gain is priceless. When you think of a western rancher you think of a romantic figure in the American culture. The rancher is seen as a hardworking, independent, nature loving, proud individual. If that isn’t enough to make you want to pack your bags and move west think of the beautiful landscape that you can wake up to everyday.

To live the western life like a true rancher you will need to get up early eat a healthy breakfast so you have enough energy to do all your chores for the morning. Fixing fences to feeding the animals. Become one with the land and your surrounding and enjoy the sound of nature. This is not a one mans job this will bring the entire family close and work together.
